4. You're set! Be on the lookout for T-Shirt Pickup Date to secure your HOSA T-Shirt :)​

- Our General Membership Fee is now $65! This covers the national HOSA affiliation, a  Klein HOSA membership, a Klein HOSA T-Shirt, and all social events! 

- Our Competition Fee is now $70! This covers all testing rounds, including access to textbooks and mock competitions for students who wish to compete in an event that has a testing portion, the trip to the designaed

- Please pay your membership dues through School Cash Online.

- Turn in the parent permission to a Google Form that's posted on Schoology and under the Resources tab! (Left hand corner below "Members")

- You must have filled out all the required foms and be a paid member to receive your shirt.
